Each chapter plans its own camping events, usually within an 100-mile radius of its primary meeting place.
All the WCA chapters come together for these fun-filled weekends, which are held annually on the Friday night, Saturday and Sunday of the third Saturday weekend in June and August. Activities include children's games, bingo, horseshoes, jarts, campfires, dancing, and much more.
A perfect way to stay in touch with WCA members. The Mid-winter event is held annually usually in January.
The 2005 Mid-winter event was Casino Night and held in Madison. Attendees received a set amount of chips (play money), which they could gamble with. At the end of the evening, players with money left could bid on items, such as campground certificates and camping related items.
