The Capitol City Campers enjoy doing many things together and try to make sure everyone is included. This chapter has quite a few veteran campers and gladly welcome new camping families. They camp from May through September and hold their summer chapter meetings during the campouts. Winter meetings are held at member's homes.

Capitol City Campers are a diverse group of campers, ranging from retired empty nesters to families with young children. Members live in the Madison area and from Portage to Janesville.
